Yes, Rob, and it was very heartwarming to see our majestic game recognized on television. It has provided immeasurable pleasure and entertainment to sooooo many over the years.

Out of curiosity, how old were you when you first learned to play?

Funnny you should ask .. as most would attest to the realization .. you NEVER STOP LEARNING. In my case, it was sixty-three years ago. In fact, I recognized one of my ‘old’ friends on the Pompano Beach Club video.

Being married to the late Norman Kay from 1963 to 2001 and Bobby Wolff now approaching fifteen years, I could not have been more blessed in every way imaginable. It enabled me to meet and kibbitz the World’s Greatest, travel all over Zone 2 and even more intriguing .. to visit several distant continents for international competition over a course of fifty years.

The only negative factor is .. though I learned soooo much, it did not enhance my bridge ego. But, believe me .. I will settle in a Heartbeat!

P.S. I must immodestly admit when Charlie Goren attended my wedding to Norman, the jaws of my mother’s bridge cronies dropped!
